Fulfillment Policy

DELIVERY:

Average production time is 12-15 business days, but will vary depending on item, season, and other factors. We will be contacting you when your order is ready for pick up or has been shipped. 

RETURNS / REFUNDS:

Due to the personalized nature of the items returns are not accepted and refunds not given unless the product is defective.  Any defective product must be reported within 5 days of delivery/pickup.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you should need to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
